One thousand props to Brian for singing with such love and enthusiasm even though he has a vocal cord condition. So much respect for him.

It's almost impossible to believe that someone could have this kind of success for SO DAMN LONG in this kind of an industry.

Massive respect to Backstreet boys singing totally live and actually sounding killer - especially while dancing.

I am seriously impressed with Brian's improvement and wanting to still perform with his conditions. As someone whos voice has been perminetly changed by disability, it feels good to see. Also props to his band mates for ableing him to continue and seeming to support him

Wow. Even after all these years, they've still got it!

The Backstreet Boys could literally be falling over each other and losing their voices, singing out of key, forgetting every second line and I’d still be out here like “that was FLAWLESS you did FANTASTIC sweeties ⭐️❤️❤️😩😩🙌🏻🙌🏻💯💯”

No one can ever say anything negative about Brian. He is one of the many that made this group successful. Prior to his condition, his voice was the powerhouse! Can’t judge him now! That’s a low blow if you do and not understand his circumstance.

The fact that they still dance and sing like they were young is incredible.

For anyone else that's going to ask lol.... Brian has muscle tension dysphonia. This causes him to not perform as well as he used to :( but i think they still did great! I saw them live a few years ago & I was extremely happy :) 90's ftw!

Although you can still hear the Dysphonia on Brian's vocal chords, it's clear that he has improved his main register a lot. His tone is more similar to the one he became famous for. I just hope he continues to work on it. Compared to a few years ago, Brian sounds miles better here

The most well rounded boyband of the 90s, everyone sings their part, equally balance for everyone.

Even with his tension dysphonia, Brian's upper range still sounds amazing! Love the dedication and talent!

I still listen to them, they were one of greatest boybands. Before there was One Direction, BTS, The Wanted, McFly and Busted, there was Backstreet Boys. Still got the voices, looks and everything else. I love them.

Nick's voice is going strong, perhaps even stronger and better than before.

They've aged very well, just like fine wine! I'm impressed!

Brian is so strong even though of his health condition he still manage to go out and perform and be with the guys and give it all out there. He still has it in him.

Nick still has it! He sings the high range so perfectly

Amazing how they can still synchronously dance that way, ,

Gotta love they haven't lost their core vocal talent. By that I mean, they're in pretty great vocal health. It's amazing how they sound almost exactly the way they did back 1998. Get it, my boys!

Everyone bashing on them are ignorant because if they knew that Brian has a disorder which suffocates his vocal chords that hinders him to sing the way he use too, would understand why they sound the way they do because he was the main focus in the harmonies of these songs and plus AJs voice got very deep compared when he was in his twenties.
