By watching you, and a few other dancers I was finally able to do this without looking like an old fool since I'm 75 and now have problems with my balance, but this week I was able to make it up a small flight of seven stairs much to my surprise; I was just fooling around next to the stairs when I thought, "what the hell" and the next thing - I'm at the top of the stairs with people screaming and yelling, made my day !

Just glad I didn't have to explain what I thought I was doing to the Paramedics.
