Whoever we bring in at CDM, they need to be a marked improvement on Bentancur. None of these for me are nailed on to be better than Bentancur in the position. Cardoso's defensive stats are good but not significantly better than Bentancur's, and you're probably losing something on the ball. I think we need to set our sights higher - this for me is THE critical position to improve our first 11 (along with RW), so whoever we bring in needs to be a guaranteed beast. I look at Palhinha at Bayern - he's been injured, but even before then he wasn't playing much. Would it be worth an inquiry, even on loan?

Every spurs fan will hate me for this but I believe we don't need a 6 we have gray, bentancur and this is a bit rougue but when romero comes back I think he would be a world class, no nonsense 6 with immense passing abilities. We know Levy doesn't like spending the big bucks so our main priorities need to be 2 centre backs a left back a right wing and a goalkeeper. Kulu, sarr and Bergvall can all be 8s so we don't need anyone there if we want another striker bring alejo back, keep richarlison till the end of the season and wait until the summer and sign someone like a gyokeres or if possible bring my kane backb
