I think its in standard but the low E is dropped down half a step to Eb

Well the chords are pretty easy to discover by the video, but i can't find the tuning... It isn't the standard tuning

Why does he sing with a Jamaican accent? He is a copy cat singer, that's why he doesn't know what his own voice sounds like because he's spent that long trying to sing along to shaggy records.
