no foreswing and backswing on skill casting is now MM and assassin exclusive while mages and roamers skill casting is too slow they're still casting it after you said Hail Mary 10 times yet they're still getting nerf many times

7:00 they finally nerf the crab, that thing gives way to much money for heroes that can control the lane in the early game

for hanzo 02:59, u forgot the the nerf movement speed when he transform/ult :
add 50% at begining ult, decrease to 15% in 2 sec

I still remember barely anyone using Julian. I come back the game and everyone is using him and I already predict that he is getting a nerf. He was so fun to main too.

The Tenacity adjustment has almost the same reduction in early and late game as the previous effect. They just don't want that free 30 true dmg to Thunderbelt below half health LOL

Notes: old tenacity technically give you higher damage reduction in earlygame but barely noticeable for tank in late gamr, now its the same

This is really good on Argus. He's much easier to sustain and can easily be dominant in the lane without actually losing any HP. Kinda insane.
