Thank God for lg making it easier to fix. I can see why it's motto " life is good" is a standing meaning to it. I was about to throw away this phone, but realize I can use the microphone to record audio. The phone easy detects if your audio 3.5 is a mic cable. Tried it with a Samsung S10 annoying you have to plug the cable in the phone first. Thank you lg.

Pretty sure I followed the directions correctly.
Replaced the jack but now no audio is coming from the headphones at all.

I have issue with mine, only 1 side is having a sound. The other one is silent. My old headphone jack have issue on right. So I buy a replacelement, problem is still there but the left side has no sound. It detect on phone, microphone is Ok. Only the output which on 1 side only.
