After a point, how different can the redesign of an iphone really get? I mean unless folding iphones take off…all future iphones will continue to come in large & small rectangles. So anyone expecting HUGE redesign changes will always be disappointed.

Not gonna lie, the only thing I’m stoked for this year is it being titanium. The rounded corners I think is a good touch. However that huge camera bump… um…. Yeah. 🤔

One thing you didn't mention : Ross Young recently went back on his claims and now says that instead of being in 2024, the iPhone with Under-display Face ID but still a punch hole is delayed and now he says at least 2025.

I have the beast, the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The next time I upgrade will be when that disaster island is gone. There’s no need to upgrade with 120hz. It feels like a new phone every time I use it. The 13 pro max also has the best battery still.

The days of Apple's peerless industrial design prowess are gone.
I don't know if I like this design before I see it in its full glory, but if the renders are any indication it is going to be a damp squib. Don't know if it's Apple's risk averse decision making that is pulling them down, but there used to be a time not long ago that I would upgrade to an iPhone every year just because of the design. I have the 11 pro Max and as a self declared Apple design obsessed nerd, I have not had the urge to upgrade the last three years. And even the renders of the 15 don't get me salivating. That speaks volumes.

I think the upcoming iPhone 15 Pros will look like the combination of iPhone 5s and iPhone 11. There will be 2 sandwiched glass that curves to the titanium side (like the apple watch) and the feeling will be like holding iPhone 11. I highly disagree with the mute button though. I think it will not be haptic but instead it's gonna be like the iPhone 5s mute switch moving from top and bottom (with round switch), opposite of what we currently have (front to back movement).
