For brittle bending we need to add plasticity properties that is yeild stress and plastic strain. If yes from where we can get those values?

Since heat flux is varying wrt time, Von Mises Stress should also vary. But looks like it is constant in your case. In static, general step, what is 'static' showing in case of stress analysis?
