Very cool. I have read that there are ways to trigger items in this game, i didn't know it could be done so often. Would also like to know that weird ending, never seen it.

Why the avoidance of the time foods and the bananas? Also, there are stages without openings at the top of bottom, but you can bounce on bubbles near the top of the stage. This also counts as falling through the floor.
