Both my knees swelled twice their size, much pain (one knee more than the other). I started taking glucosamine and chondroitin with UC II, and more calcium, and I worked up to 18, 000 units vitamin D. As my knee(s) improved I lessened the amount gradually (as I gradually increased in the beginning), and now I take 8, 000 units/day. I can run—my breath (asthma—doesn’t always let me go far, but my knees absolutely could. Amazing. People seem to disbelieve when I tell them this, but it worked for me. My knees hurt so much that I limped when I tried to walk, and they swelled, as I said. Now I am able to RUN and my knees don’t bother me. I hope this helps someone . (I also take my regular multivitamin daily.) By the way, I am 77 years old. 😊

In August 2021 I started doing nightly meditation where I used headphones to listen to high frequency music along with focusing on my breathing. After a month I started feeling good and decided to continue doing this every night when I went to bed (Much more work went into the process to get where I am today). I just thought I would share because I'm healing my physical body, mind, spirit and I believe I have something that will be shared very soon with many others. (When I say my body is changing, I am talking even my teeth are going straight) I'm beyond excited about sharing my experience because of everything going on collectively with the planets. What I've learned about the human body is something that has me in shock and I know the universe will align me with my next journey as soon as I finish healing. I feel by the end of this year my body should be transformed and healed.
