To be fair... That was 5 miles off their coast. We were 10000k from home. Imagine if an Iranian destroyer or Russian aircraft carrier was 5 miles off the New York coast. We wouldn't like it.

The irony, is that some how the Persians are seen to be the ones harassing Americans in the PERSIAN GULF! That would like if Iranians were chilling off the coast of CA, and yet we were considered to be harassing them.
