i have the app on my mac but on the app i can change the stream quality but theres no option to share my screen outisde of the discord browser

my problem is when i stream my streams are really bad and my audio cuts out and my friends cant hear me but my audio goes back to normal and my connection is fine when i end my stream hopfully this works

all these "how to fix bad streaming in discord" are just pseudo fixes. Discord on its own has issues with streams, you cant fix it. It's by DESIGN bad
