Candace Cameron Bure SPEAKS OUT After Backlash Over ‘Traditional Marriage’ Comment

Candace Cameron Bure is speaking out. The “Fuller House” alum issued a lengthy statement on Wednesday after she was called out for her comment to The Wall Street Journal saying that she intends to “keep traditional marriage at the core” of her partnership with the Great American Family channel.

Traditional marriage is the gold standard....has been since forever. I'm not going to be bullied into thinking otherwise. I don't have any bone to pick with anyone who might be gay or whatever new varieties they've come up with recently. Live your life, be happy. But thug tactics being used to DEMAND I radically accept anything is an automatic non starter for me.

That community isnt lacking in representation or preferential treatment..the conditioning of the masses worked..ppl actually believe she shouldnt be entitled to her own beliefs while those same ppl force theirs on everyone else and dont dare disagree(that's the conditioning, and they are unaware of it thats the saddest part)..its movies for goodness sake dont pretend that all media isnt already a safe space as u call it-for the community. If you don't believe in LGBTQ, you have the right to do so. Everybody believe in what they believe in. As soon as you disagree with certain subjects, you get backlash. Nobody is saying be mean or harm anyone. You just don't support it or believe in it. You have every right to do so. I am going to stand up for what I believe in. Everybody else does.
