This Week with George Stephanopoulos - September 14, 2003

ABC's This Week from 9/14/2003, hosted by George Stephanopoulos, featured Democratic Presidential candidate Governor Howard Dean, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Richard Myers, Bill Clinton, as well as discussions with George Will and Michel Martin. This episode happened to be the first in a newly redesigned studio, complete with fancy new LCD monitors. Includes commercials for optimal 2000's flashbacks.

Technical: Recorded via average cable signal on a JVC HR-S9500U S-VHS VCR in S-VHS ET mode (hi-band signal on a standard Sony "Premium Grade" - i.e. cheap - VHS tape) at EP speed. Luminance and chroma corrections were applied (ABC was always a bit dark and over saturated), then upconverted to 1080p60 to preserve some image quality and motion.

This was not a good time for This Week, as the show’s ratings had reached their lowest point. Their roundtable was eliminated, only to return about two and a half years later.
