Oh my! Even as someone living in japan, I rarely have an opportunity to eat this quality of wagyu, and in such great portions. Although to be completely honest, since I’m getting older, the fat in the A5 is getting too much for my stomach to handle, so I might not benefit as much with this type of menu. Maybe one or two types with marbled fat, and the rest from regular menu would be the best for me. I’m glad you were able to have a wonderful feast! And thanks always for intriguing content!
