There were many mistakes in my original Dolby Logo History video, so here is the update. Some things are still probably messed up. Sorry for that. Comment "Make Dolby kill my ears" if you want me to make an ear rape version of this video. I just did it with THX, and the end result was beautiful. Mmkay, bye now.

4:25 this logo can be found on "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" 2-Disc Ultimate Edition DVD if you choose to watch the film in Dolby Digital.

That first Dolby ad is amazing! I like the little touch at the end, you can just make out a mountaineer tossing a rope down the scarp.

The rain logo before Surround EX looks and sounds so much better in my opinion.

I always enjoyed the helicopter logo as a kid. I also liked the one with the wolf howling, the lights one, and the rain logo.

No sign of the first Dolby logo ' Dolby system- noise reduction/ high fidelity', as seen on 'Tommy' and 'Star Wars' for example.

In my view the Dolby Digital logo from 4:25 is the classic one IMO.

Hello, I was wondering if the one that starts at 1:37, is older than 1995 or 1996? We in MY also niche hobby understood it to be from at LEAST 1995 if NOT 1996 or 1997 for that matter because it was tied to a Chuck E. Cheese show and rare test stage that ended up failing and instead they designed and built what's called Studio C... it's shows are in Dolby as well, however we only have shows so far back from Studio C that we don't know if the actual trailer was used for any of the first shows... The earliest Studio C stage DVD we have is from the second year of it being public so we're missing probably 2-4 shows that were on Laser Disc BTW lol so I'm sure it's safe to assume this rare stage called The Awesome Adventure Machine's maybe 3 shows were on Laser Disc as well but before each little skit would start, it would come back to this particular Dolby trailer or whatever you'd call these? Bumper perhaps... I've only got a few toes to a foot in the "entire video world" I'm looking for a really clean preferably 180 60fps quality version of this to ADD to my DVD I made OF the footage of this rare stage that was recently uploaded to Youtube after years of searching for anything more than the cookie crumbs the guy who was very integral in it's design, installation and soon after became head of their entertainment dept. originally had uploaded to our sort of "Wiki" webpage... Now recently uploading all 5 Segments he shot before the store had opened for the day and wired the sound to the pro grade camera he brought with him to the location from the corporate offices just down the road from this store that was often known to test things being so close to the corporate offices...

Does anyone maybe know of a movie it's used on to grab it from the DVD itself with like screen capturing software. OR hopefully just here on Youtube in just a little better shape... The color seems darker than it's supposed to actually be... but maybe it's right... IDK Thanks for any help!!
