@mercedesdrifter16 You need internet connection for the maps, but the new desire HD comes with maps you can download off WiFi and then you dont need to worry about an internet plan.

@vnj4x Iphone is one time deal and you get the tomtom interface gps for around $80 USD. I heard you could get the jailbreak and install for no cost. dont ask me, Google it. Also i dont know about the HTC and G1 but the iphone tomtom gps doesnt require data/phone plan to use.

@scbrother you sure can! it uses GPS like all other GPS units you can buy lik a TomTom or Garmin.

@lastwarning99 I think you have to pay for this one, but not the new Desire HD, you download maps on wifi and then use em with GPS.

Sad news. So not all is as ideal as what is portrayed for Google maps navigation and the Moto Milestone. I wonder if all zoom levels combined ask so much memory that it will fit on only a 32 Gb card, why TomTom e.g. can manage with less?

this mobile has incorporated a antenna GPS? or to active the GPS you need internet conexion?
