I was told Japan yen was just a currency wrapped by the US dollar and investing in gold was causing them issues at the same time they were getting rid of US bonds...

And US Dollar is only a debt note, FRN. Real dollars aren't debt and says US Treasury Note... the "us dollar" term was hijacked. So, imo, when we see the "fall of the dollar, " what were seeing is the fall of the cabal debt note--the FRN.
