For anyone trying the cheats or skip start videos with the Steam version, there is an option if you right click on the game in your library, then choose properties and there you can add the launch options.

found out still works for steam. your way works perfect, only problem is through steam there is no shortcut tab in properties when you right click on the shortcut the game gives you when its downloaded. the way around is right click the game in the library on steam, go to manage, instead of making shortcut, click browse local files. scroll down to find the file, right click, more options, send to desktop short cut. with new short cut right click and check properties, shortcut tab will now be included on tabs to make the -chat on target line. NOTE-the steam shortcut picture is the tractor in the field, when you find it in browse local files, the picture should be green with 25 on it.

Steam users: Make sure you edit the Game.xml file in your DOCUMENTS\MY GAMES\FARMING SIMULATOR 2025 folder, NOT your Steamapps\common\farming simulator 2025 folder, it will not work.

For console commands that accept a value like the FOV ones you can use -1 to set it to the default value I believe.

The steam version will work as long as you run as administrator. It worked for me.

The console command won’t work for some reason. I edited the game file and saved it, but the tilde button doesn’t pull anything up. So weird

for skipping the intro the word "-restart" is also working (i use steam so idk if its working when you dont have steam but i assume)
