Long ago my grandma gave me a plastic tie head covering for rain, snow wind. Clear, comes in a small plastic snap case. Both my grandmothers and great grandmothers always kept one in their purse and sometimes another in their glove box. I’ve had it since 1978. A bit stiffer now but still works well and exudes grandma vibes. Haha
