i have the fourth one.. i think im setup to have a very normal looking chest post surgery, but i will probably never have a surgery which is kinda depression.. because everyone professional i talk too, dismisses this condition with "its only cosmetic", even though I have to sleep next to a desktop fan blowing air in my face because I clearly do not get enough oxygen into my lungs.

Im getting my pectus fixed in 3 days by a new procedure called Pectus Up. It’s much less invasive and the recovery is easier and faster. It’s currently available in Europe and some other countries, not in the US yet tho.

I’m not sure if I have this as the indentation is of the the right so the middle of my chest sticks out quite far to the point where if I straighten my back it’s visible through my shirt

Has anyone else on here had the surgery? My doctor Said it was/is one of the most painfull things You could do. Rate from 1-10 thanks.
