With President Elect Donald Trump continuing to make comments about Canada becoming part of the United States. How do Edmontonians feel about it, and what does Alberta's premier — who will be attending Trump's inauguration in January — have to say?

It will eventually happen someday. The north south trade between the US and Canada dwarfs all other trade. Alberta and Saskatchewan are probably first to leave because they are tired of subsidizing Quebec.

Not ever! I'm 65 and I woud join the army to fight against our province becoming a US state. It is insane to even think of that nonsense. I won't even book a flight if there is a change the US and we don't even consider holidays in the US anymore.
