Well if you know anything about Tom Cruise, you'll know that in the beginning of his career he had an over bite and later had a medical procedure to fix the issue that prevented hem from closing his mouth and chewing his food properly. So nobody's perfect. He is still handsome just the way he is! Leave people alone!!!

I thought you was gonna say his left side front tooth was a little receded in comparison to the right one. It’s not really, that noticeable to people who are not into teeth and dentistry because it doesn’t look horrible compared to most people who have really messed up teeth. But I noticed it right away.

Humble dental assistat here: it's up to the patient.. I wouldn't bring these things up to a patient and neither would my mentor doctors. If it's not affecting occlusion or mouth/ tooth/gum health, what needs to crown lengthen and prep #8, losing all that good natural enamel... Nope.
