In today’s video I’m sharing a week in my life after finding out I have PCOS. I’ve been dealing with chronic fatigue and many other rough health symptoms for a while now and its made it really hard for me to focus and stay productive as a full time freelancer. In this video, I try a new challenge of leaving the house every day to see if that helps me stay focused and get more done!

Wow! I am also thinking about renting a coworking space but like you, I am also not sure if I can actually convince myself to go out everyday lmao and yes, it is very expensive!

I have a thing where I can warm up my food at home and keep it warm in there. So I can take it with me. It has become a lot of fun to do mealprep and take it with me 😊

Hello, dear Paige! I don't know you personnally, but I'd like to give You a piece of advice that can help you strengthen your overall health. I follow these rules myself, and believe me, it really brought a lot of improvement to my health.
1.Stop anything that contains unnatural sugars(coke, fizzy drinks, biscuits, chocolate...etc...even fruit juices in the supermarket are FULL of sugar despite what they tell us) . You have to know that sugar is the n°1 cause of inflamation in the body.
2.Throw away all your milk bottles because modern milk that we drink today is full of growth hormones used to increase the cows milk production, and these hormones trigger a lot of disorders and illnesses in the human body!
3.Increase SIGNIFICANTLY your FRUIT intake because FRUITS clean the blood and energize the body! Please, make an effort to start your day by a glass of water mixed with two lemons before eating anything else.
4. This is gonna be a bit difficult, but try to reduce SIGNIFICANTLY, the use of microwave ovens. In fact I have read a few articles proving that mice fed with microwaved food have a much stronger tendancy to develop cancers than mice fed with non-microwaved foods.
Please follow these principles and I can guarantee You that after 30 days, You will notice some improvement to your general health. Thank You! See You later!😊
