Don't worry. I do the same thing, too, wear a tank top in the cold weather with no jacket or long sleeves shirt on whatsoever. Just bear arms outside letting the cold breeze through my arms shoulders neck and back. The Army taught me how to be tough in terms of cold weather conditions, anyway. It sounds crazy, but I'm starting to get used to doing stuff like this. And I'm talking about I go outside in a tank top when it's 42 degrees outside when it's super cool with no jacket or long sleeve shirt on whatsoever.
