Labs really are the first thing people think of when you say dog. They'll do whatever it is you want to do. They are one of the best companions a person can have and I believe everyone should have a lab at one time in their life.

We had a lab that lived 14 years. She was an amazing dog. The only things I would say about them is that as puppies they tend to be SUPER mouthy. They have a "soft mouth" but it can be relentless if you don't address it from jump street. They have lots and lots of energy for days and need a place to run and lots of exercise. They are large dogs and can be jumpy as youngsters and need to be taught not to jump. They also shed LIKE CRAZY so if you aren't interested in vacuuming on an almost daily basis this is not the dog for you. But otherwise, my Molly was my heart and soul. The best ever.

Absolutely love the field bred working Labradors. My Labrador has all the personality traits that Labradors are famous for and the athleticism to be a bird fetching machine out in the fields. Incredibly calm and patient with the family, the field bred Labrador Retriever is hard to beat.

Our girl was nothing short of top-of-the-line genetics with both parents being CKC champion runners. She topped out at 75# and loved nothing more than to play fetch, especially if it meant a walk to the river. Kept her extremely fit, and she graced us with a long life and an amazing temperament through the years. Best companion I could have ever asked for.

My black lab growing up was like a little brother. Could just look into your eyes and knew what was up, and always had to be by your side and perpetually puppy like. Truly incredible breed that will always have a place in my heart.

I've had two wonderful Labrador and Labrador mix guide dogs it's really nice to see them highlighted in a video like this. They really are the dog for everyone. 🌟🌟⭐⭐🦊
