By 2024 Oct, I have watched Auditor Training Online YouTube videos for ISO 9001. Even though, there are few Clause missing, the majority are covered. I would love to give comments to each of the video, but forgive me that I couldn't get enough time to do so. Put all my comments in one piece, here I want to say:
1- BIG THANKS to the presenter! BIG THANKS to the whole supporting team behind the presenter!
2- The content is clear, short and useful.
3- The real life example helps a lot for understanding the standard.
4- It's valuable to have the serials, not only few pieces.
5- The presenting speed, simple English helps a lot.
6- The linkage between different Clause make much sence.
7- Auditor looking for example is very much useful.
8- You look great in Pink, Green and all those colorful :)

I wish your business going well!
I wish your videos could help more people!
I wish you could publish more videos like these!
Wish health and happy!

Thank you very much!

Hello Ms. Stapleton, Could you help. While identifying whether a nonconformance is Major or Minor do we consider the impact ? Ex. We have agreed an activity with the customer like a disaster recovery plan in the contract however we havent created any for more than 3 years. No requirement came up in the last 3 years and even the customer hasnt highlighted this. I 'd like to go for a Major NC as we can see the process was never set up in the first place. However there are other views who say as there was no impact it can go as a Minor NC. Just wanted some expert guidance and reasoning. Thank you.
