I'm still trying to figure out how an entire town has no insulin. How were they planning on surviving before this? Do they have insulin deliveries that come into town daily? If water can make it through the dome, then why can't they get insulin through when that's a liquid too? Or they could just make some. At least this time around they have instructions.

Theory: the paintings have something to do and that family also has something to do as they could be related to the painting and since the painting is also related to the dome(pink stars) means that they have some kind of control over the dome

The first season is pretty good with the mystery, but it gets extremely weird with the next two seasons and makes no sense in trying to explain the dome.

That girl threatening the two has really no power. She has dirt on both of them sure, but no one knows she is there. If they kill her right then and there, there would be zero repursussions. She put herself in a bad situation right there.
