I’ve been cutting for about six years but I ALWAYS watch tutorial videos that cover the basics. This is a good one. I love the focus on not pushing his line back. Great content 👍🏾 👍🏾

Your videos are wonderful. My husband got blessed with a apprenticeship at a barbershop and we lay together and watch your videos before bed. When I see his face light up from learning your techniques, it brings me so much joy to see him happy. You explain things very well and slow so he can understand clearly. I see him the next day excited and ready to tackle the day. Thank you so much and keep making videos.

I struggle going to new barbers because they always want to push one side higher, I have a light side like mans in the video. I got frustrated and had to show my old barber how to square it off on that corner. Insane. Most Ive ever encounter all want to push it back. We want our line ups as square as possible on the sides. Ive taken to doing it myself. Invested in Babyliss fx trimmers, they hit real hard.

You are one of us man. Congratulations! Now, this is how a true edge up is done without pushing back the line or curve. Very nice. . .

I have an unorthodox hair line similar to this gentleman getting his haircut. I am constantly, frustrated after leaving the barbershop because so many barber lack these skills and I feel like I wasted my money. I have a peanut shaped head is the ONLY reason I do NOT rock a bald head. EXCELLENT TUTORIAL!

So glad you're teaching the correct way. So many barbers are pushing that line to far back.

This is a great video. The approach was nice. This is the area that I struggle the most with. I am very much intimidated by lineups because I am afraid of messing it up, The video is not excessively long. 5 minutes is perfect. Teaching while doing the lineup was great. I realized that I do not have the type of clippers for lineups. Any recommendations? I like the clippers used in the video. If someone can provide me with the right clipper to use for lineups, that would be greatly appreciated.
