Military Families Appreciation Day 2023

Today is Military Family Appreciation Day, and today I am thinking about the generations of my family.

I am thinking about the families of the veterans, and those in active service.

Thanks to the Together We Stand Foundation for highlighting this important day. #MFAD

Thank you to the Afghan Interpreters who have made their life and home in #Nepean after aiding our soldiers on the battlefield.

Thank you to our own Councillor David Hill who served in Afghanistan, and continues to serve as our Councillor.

Thank you to The Duke of Edinburgh's Own Cameron Highlanders in Bells Corners.

And thank you to all those who work at DND.

#Nepean is full of men and women serving our country, supported by their families, we thank them for that today, and everyday.
