How To Download & Export Google Analytics 4 (GA$) Custom Reports in PDF CSV Excel or Google Sheets 📊

In today's video tutorial, we'll learn how to export custom Google Analytics 4 reports in PDF, Excel, CSV, and many other file formats in a simple, fast and effective method in order to share your site traffic metrics.

To send a report abroad: Open the report that you want to export. The analytics exports the report as it appears on your screen at this point, so make sure you've applied your desired date range and report settings. Click Export (opposite of the report's title). Choose one of the export formats:
CSV
TSV
TSV for Excel
Excel (XLSX)
Google Sheets
PDF

Your file is created automatically and stored in the download folder on your computer. #googleanalytics4 #report #download

To discuss a report: Open the report that you want to share. Click to share (located across from the report's title). The email address associated with your login is listed in the From field. If you chose a different frequency in the previous step, click the ADVANCED OPTIONS tab and select an Active for a specific amount of time. For instance, if you chose Daily in the previous step, and selected Active for a duration of "1 month", the email will be sent daily for a duration of 1 month.

Recipients can forsake emails during the active period by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Input the text into the text field to compose the body of your email. After clicking Send, the request will be sent to the server.

The time zone you choose in the settings for the view will affect what information is included in the email. The email is sent sometime after midnight of the selected time zone, though an exact delivery time can't be guaranteed.

The frequency you choose to report on has an effect on the data in the report. For instance, if you select Daily, the report will include data from the previous day; if you select Weekly, the report will include data from the previous week.

Hi. I didn't see how you download a custom report. You can edit a report and save it, but once in your library, there is no export option in the top right.
