Unfortunately, Imperialdramon has upturned heels as a holdover from the transforming gimmick that the toy that it were created from had. They designed the feet that way in order to make it seem as if the vintage toy were bending its feet forward while in Dragon mode. It has a rather nasty effect on the balance of its other modes because of their upright position and top-heavy designs.
It's sort of like how Wargreymon has the Brave Shield because it used to be the remnants of Agumon's head after transforming, or why Metalgarurumon has white missiles on his back that used to be Gabumon's feet. Heck, it's basically why the Digimentals existed at all. Once the anime started getting momentum, they began creating the mons and toys alongside each other and tried their best to creatively integrate and interpret the gimmicks as best they could.

Great figure! Slightly slim in my opinion. And also wish it can include its dragon form.
