AZ DCS' Attorneys Subpoena Records For Themselves To Prosecute But Don't Disclose 10/01/2024

Deceptions:
1.) Kirsten Wright is making it sound as tho' AZ DCS is perfectly fine with parents using their own providers. Parents have gotten and paid for their own drug testing (as an example) and parents have brought the exculpatory evidence to court and disclosed that all drug tests are clean. DCS AAG attorneys state those drug tests cannot be used in court because they are not "contracted providers".
2.) DCS' paid providers are paid to write what DCS wants them to write in these reports so of course DCS gets that disclosure out. Paid contractually by DCS professional child psychologist gets on the witness stand and pontificates about visits between child and parent/family member with bias against parent/family member when in reality that paid contractor has never observed any visits between child and parent/family member. But you can bet your a$$ that gets disclosed.
