Apricot Tart with Almond Filling 🍑😊

Absolutely delicious… and very easy to make too. Just try it, please.
You can make vegan version too, its equally delicious!
Preparation: 20min
Cooking time: 35-40 min
Baking dish with removable base 26 cm
Ingredients:
• 60 g sugar
• 60 g cold water
• 60 g vegetable oil
• 230 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
Almond filling:
• 200 g almonds
• 50 g sugar
• 60 g milk
• 50 g butter
Topping:
• 15-18 apricots
• 4 tbsp sugar/ optional
• 1 tbsp icing sugar /optional
Method:
Tart base:
1. Put all the ingredients in one bowl and stir, put the contents on the surface and knead the dough, roll the dough with a diameter of about 30 cm.
2. Brush the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour on top so that the dough does not stick when baking, put the dough there, make punctures with a fork along the bottom and refrigerate.
Almond filling:
1. In a blender, grind all ingredients until smooth.
Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator, place the custard and half apricot on top.
Sprinkle sugar on top if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 ° C 35-40 min.
Serve with whipping cream or ice cream
