press, "S" to open Scale
For zoom in/out your clip

press, "P" to open Position
For moving your clip (slide)

press, "R" to open Rotation
For rotate your clip

press, "T" to open Opacity
For setting the opacity of your clip

press, "A" to open Anchor point

(CTRL + Z) = to backspace
It’s like an undo button

(CTRL + SHIFT + D) = to split your clip

(CTRL + D) = to duplicating layer

(CTRL + SHIFT + C) = to pre-compose the selected layers

(SHIFT + /) = to fit the screen

(CTRL + C) = copy

ik that its very late but I got ae few days ago and struggling to learn how to do all this... so my question is how did you make the clip be a bit blurry. idrk how to explain this but the clip borders are smooth and arent cropped
