Fire Mage Cataclysm PVE Guide

The fire mage is the strongest cleave dps in cataclysm and its single target is formidable too, this build will be the best rotation you can do in a raid.

Only thing I'd add on the 4+ mob is that cleaving your ignite is still hella strong damage. It isn't limited by targets like living bomb, so doing your blastwave/dragons breath/flame orb... followed by living bomb, fireball crits and impact cleave, just like 3 target. I still top the meters as fire damage is most AoE dungeon pulls.

blast wave and flame strike are not needed unless you want to waste time casting them. as a fire mage, you just want single target burst damage. so i say drop those and put points into clear casting for free mana
