While you're here in Oklahoma there's this really neat hidden gem off old Hiway 75 that is a lavender farm. It's run by a sweet Christian couple and they allow harvest hosts there.its really not well known, but beautiful. It's called Honeyman Farms.

Hi every prayer I ask for your health and well being. I have fingers and toes crossed for the one hundred thousand YouTube subscribers. I will make me so happy for you. You have shown me patience, perseverance, and understanding of God's time compared to my time. ❤❤❤

Southeast Oklahoma is pretty, lots of trees and rolling hills. Most of the rest of the state is flat and boring unless you see a tornado. That can be anything but boring!

I am so close to your area Allison; 6.5 hours from Dallas Ft. Worth. 😊 I have been thinking of traveling Oklahoma as well and Arkansas but I don’t know yet. Many blessings and safe travels 🤗🩵

Allison, take plenty of gas. Tinker AFB is there and plenty of wide open spaces

Last year my goal was state capitols. This year is "capitols and caves". Since I only travel one long weekend a month from March to October I create a Shutterfly 6x6 book after each ad-VAN-ture. I have a homemade bookcase in my van. I bring along all 19 books. What is a must see in Nashville/Mammoth Cave area? That is my location for the start of season 4 next month.

Saved this helpful video to watch again! There were resources I didn't know about. Thanks! I will need to learn about maps offline and BLM lands and parking. Once I can sleep in the minivan and have very basics to start for a weekend or short trip there will be much to learn. Thanks to sweet people like you, there are a lot of resources to start from.

Three places to see: Big Truck Taco (not a food truck) uses grass-fed beef; Cowboy Hall of Fame, the memorial and museum for the Murrah building bombing.

Great advice! I'm always looking for the offbeat and 'only here' type of stuff to see as well wherever I end up going.
