That's so interesting to me that people order these for weddings. I bake wedding cakes in the US and I've never had any clients who have candies at their wedding. I know I've occasionally heard of people doing candy tables at weddings, but it seems like hard candies, or lollies, are way more popular in general in Oz. I couldn't tell you the last time I had one, but I always live watching your videos!

I love the history behind blue raspberry. Though it doesn't exist in nature back in the day a certain red dye was banned from use so manufacturers because to use a blue dye number 2 replacement for the originally red raspberry flavor. But now reds back of course.
