This is a sim, don't fall for it that it is real, firstly, the reg he tells atc is "LLABB" which doesn't match the reg found inside the aircraft "ASXGS" which is the default reg in Microsoft flight simulator and secondly, the propeller only properly stops when the aircraft touches the ground which also is a feature of MFS
