Matt Powell grew up in a Christian home in Durand, MI. As a child, he struggled with his faith in God due to being continually challenged by the teenagers on the bus route to church. Some of them didn't believe in God, but they would come to church just for the treats and the friends they made. Matt ended up becoming agnostic at a very young age as a result. His parents had issues with him as well. When he was 11 years old, his parents introduced him to the Creation Science Seminar Series by Dr. Kent Hovind. Dr. Hovind's work brought Matt to an understanding of the truth of God's Word. One week after listening to the Creation Series, he went to a tent revival at Antrim Baptist Church in Fowlerville, MI, and heard a powerful sermon by Jason Kendrick on salvation. Matt trusted Christ as his Savior after the first service of the revival.

Matt has gone on to debate many well known youtubers and PhD's, and takes down their arguments by simply using the Bible. Ultimately, his goal is to get people to Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. He doesn't like to do debates, but he says that he's willing to if it means that he can get people to abandon irrational beliefs.

Don't tell me that Aron "doesn't have a bias." He clearly does, and it's obvious that he hates Jesus. This admission that he wouldn't worship God is proof that he doesn't truly care of truth, or for people that could be reached before judgement day. God bless guys!

Yep, you're absolutely spot on Matt.

It shows us all what is in man's hearts. That before we were saved we would have no second thoughts of others, and the effects of our decisions on their own future.

Then when we became saved, that actually we realise their are two great commandments, to love God, and the second being like that, to love our neighbour.

Only people who love warn others of their impending doom. And only those who love God are prepared to be ridiculed and mocked by the world for the sake of the truth, in the hope that as many who would, would be saved.

Well said, Matt. People like Aron Ra are not just non-theists, they are anti-theists. They know the truth deep down inside, and they are in rebellion against it. My own brother, sadly, told me that he thinks Kent Hovind is a charlatan and he thinks Aron Ra is cool. The only thing that makes Aron Ra cool is the fan that he has blowing on him in his videos!

If you included more than a three second clip of him, you'd know that Aron is saying that the god that is described in the bible is not a being to be worshiped even if he did exist. He commands genocide, obedience from slaves, and the stoning of people who certainly don't deserve death. I don't think that any god exists, and neither does Aron, but even if your god existed he would be something to be feared, but not something to be loved or trusted
