I have sprint and out here in Los Angeles, CA the service does me no good . Everywhere important that I go . Girlfriends house ; friends house ; my house ; my workplace ; somewhere I decide to go eat I never have good service . I get 3G and that means no service . Maybe instead of worrying about giving music you guys should focus on bettering your service .

My fiancé’s spring story:

Been with sprint for 16 years, but the last few have just been ridiculous. Our service was spotty, I had problems that couldn’t get answers....finally decided to leave. And the problems continue to follow me. Contacted customer service to ensure what I had to pay since I cancelled my service. They told me it was my normal billed amount plus the remaining balance of my phone...just under $90. This was expected, I paid the final balance. Now I received yet another bill for over $140. When will this end?!?! Now they are claiming early termination. Why wasn’t this explained to me before?!?! Now I’m being told this is the last bill, but how do I know this is true? I’m so frustrated with Sprint. I’ve tried for a year to cancel a voice service that adds to my monthly bill, yet not luck there either.

My advice, don’t join sprint. Run. Run fast, run now. Unless you enjoy extra charges and confusion. 16 years and they are going to try and screw me to the bitter end.

all i see on the Sprint Community forum are complaints about slow data speeds, no connectivity, and no service..over the last couple months your LTE data speeds have tanked.

SPRINT SUCKS BIG TIME. my galaxy s3 can do more than the new galaxy s8+.

with my galaxy s3, i can use the internet while on a phone call . the s8+ made me look like a liar to my supervisor when I couldn't access my e-mails while on the phone as we used to do it before my "phone upgrade" when I called customer support, Sprint wanted me to "PURCHASE data time", even though my contract has unlimited everything. what a freaking joke. I WILL DROP SPRINT AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT ENDS. I HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR BULL CRAP.
