Writing your papers with Typst and LaTeX was surely helpful. Today, I am going to show you a third powerful tool; the pagedown package of R. With pagedown, it is also possible to write documents of different kinds. In particular, the video shows you the skeleton of a dissertation document, or something close to that. All you need to do is specify the document type in the YAML of a .Rmd file, and render it with the knitr package. You only need a modern web browser to generate PDF. No need to install LaTeX to get beautiful PDFs.
