Indeed excellent tips!! I am 5'2" with a long and slim neck, and a V-neck top would theoretically make it disproportionately longer and slimmer - however, looking at the overall picture, it does make my entire figure taller.
One thing, though: 6:14 When the temperature is lower and I need a jacket or a coat, the first thing I want to cover against cold is my neck and cleavage, I rarely wear any coat or jacket open like these in the pictures.

Yours is one of the best videos I have seen showing clearly how and why to dress for maximum good looks when having short stature. I am 55 inches tall, so I try to wear tops and bottoms of the same color and basically follow your rules for the best look. I am old though, so I am not as interested in showing my legs and won't be wearing any dresses or skirts with slits in the front, but they are good advice for younger women.
