This cherry tomato pasta is the easiest summer pasta dish! It takes only 20 minutes to cook and is full of impressive flavor using the simplest ingredients. Flavors from sweet cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano are in each bite! I hope you love this dish as much as I do.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb pasta noodles (I used Mezze Maniche)
3 Tablespoon olive oil
6 large garlic cloves, minced
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 heaping cup Parmigiano Reggiano, use freshly grated
1 healthy pinch of red pepper flakes
Black pepper

Perfect! Pro tip on using basil: cut some leaves with stems attached, stir them into the sauce, remove after about ten minutes. Of course, garnish with more. Learned this from an Italian chef. Each bite of pasta will have a lovely but subtle basil aroma. Love your channel, Brava! Complimente!

Beautiful! Although i dont have the patience to cut so many cherries (usually plums), this is great if you are also growing eggplant too. Some baked or seared eggplant strips is a great addition. Btw, so dear to see You share with your Pops, and love the pastsa choice!!

Ah Bethany stop, my daughter just got in after 14 hours of doing Dental surgery and watched this vlog with me.

I now have to make this amazing dish tomorrow, and i can't say No as she is my dentist also and i need a filling, imagine if i don't make this for her, it could be a filling with no Anaesthetic.

Great clip like i said, love the fact you use fresh herbs and a quality Parmigiano Reggiano.

Girll....YES!!! I REALLY dont know how but sometimes i just get an idea with certain ongredients vut dont know how to perfect what im trying to create! I was wanting some pasta and some kind of "sauce" with garlic and olive oil and you took my abstract idea and made it PERFECTION!! Cant wait to follow you and make more beauties!!
