It's official, David Arquette has served "Cougar Town" creator/star Courteney Cox with divorce papers. The two had been separated since 2010 and since then rumors of Cox hooking up with Cougar Town co-star Brian Van Holt. Arquette and Cox have a daughter Coco together and pending legal action will be sharing joint custody.
