Shoudn't the email address associated with the PowerBI Gateway be a ServiceAccount? and would that service account require a PowerBi Pro License?

Some thoughts, maybe venting, you cannot use this gateway in normal ADF pipelines (it uses its own integration runtime) but can in fabric ADF pipelines....what is great here vs the above is being able to turn off nodes, i cant find a similar option in the runtimes from lastly is personal gateways blockable somehow (asking for a friend)

Why do we need gateway for accessing files in Amazon S3 bucket? These are available on another cloud and not on premise. Hence the question. Did I miss something?

I need your guidance on how to assign the same source file from two different computers to a Dashboard Report published in Power BI Service. The scenario involves having the source file on Computer A and Computer B, and I want the dashboard to update when I make changes to either source file using an on-premises gateway. I have Installed the Power BI Desktop on Computer A but not on Computer B.

Question would be why the personal gateway which no one working in a company can ever use, is the only one which supports python for power bi? I will never understand that.
Maybe you could address Egress charges with Shortcuts. That might be a bigger point as well.

Q: If my internet provider has a firewall, may I need to configure some ports in order to get the gateway online within the Fabric?

Using pipelines copy from on premise server to Lakehouse converts time zone to UTC. This issue is not resolved for about two months, Microsoft knows about it and seems to ignore it. Be careful! The bug only occurs using pipeline, it works using Dataflows gen2 without this problem.
