Lightweight Vintage Patchwork Button Up Chore Coat

This button-up chore coat style jacket has “dropped shoulders” and was created from one of a kind vintage patchwork quilt top. The inner layer is the highest quality batting of 100% cotton, and the inner lining is soft 100% quilters cotton fabric. The final quilting was done by a professional “longarmer” to create a beautiful, even quilted pattern throughout the jacket.

All seams have been “finished” off with binding fabric to match the lining and edging. Three pockets were added including two hidden in-seam pockets and an inside cell phone pocket measuring 5”x7”.

Sizing:
Roomy fit for sizes 8 to 14 women sizes.
Cuff sleeves allow for more flexibility in sizing.
Sleeve length from dropped shoulder seam: 20.5 inches prior to rolling cuff.
Back neck edge to hem: 27.5 inches
Distance between dropped shoulder seams: 24.5 inches.
NOTE: The dropped shoulder seams allow for a roomy fit and flexibility in sizing/layering.

Cleaning:
These coat/jackets are meant to be WORN. If your jacket does need cleaning, don’t be afraid to wash on the gentle cycle with cold water and laid flat to dry. I like to use Dawn soap for spot cleaning stains and “Retro Wash” to clean my jackets although a gentle detergent is also fine.
