Driver in stolen car hit 6 people in NYC: NYPD

A woman was allegedly driving a stolen car when she struck six pedestrians, including two young girls, in Manhattan Wednesday night, police said on Thursday.

Their needs to be a long sentence for car thieves. 25 year's. Not a day sooner. Crime is way out of control in united state's. We need new judge's and new administration in the white house, also need to hire 1 million more police officers and pay them a great salary. No more defunding the police. Auto theft should be a mandatory 25 year minimum sentence with no chance of parole. This way these scumbags who steal cars know if they get caught they are going to spend a HUGE chunk of their life in prison. I seriously doubt we would see much car theft if this were the penalty. Armed robbery should be 40 years. We need to go the way of El Salvador and make life absolutely miserable for criminals in prison. Our criminal justice system is slapping criminals on the wrist and it's a revolving door. It's a joke!
