The CI5X Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When materials enter the action area of hammer, they’re crushed by the high-speed impact of the hammer, and then thrown onto the impact device installed above the rotor to be crushed again. Next, materials bounce from the lining plate to the hammer area to have another crushing. This process is repeated continuously until materials reach the desired granularity and are discharged from the lower part of the plate. Adjusting the clearance between the impact rack and the rotor rack can control the size and shape of materials. This crusher adopts a spring safety device after the impact plate. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact rack retreat and then unbreakable materials are discharged out of the machine.
