Please keep in mind 43k HP is low for nilou, you should be able to have higher HP with the right artifacts and make the bountifull core damage be even higher than what's showcased here.

What did you mean with c2 damage when Nilou hit 12k? Does her c2 buff her skill damage as well? I thought it just gave more resistance shredding to bloom reaction if I am not wrong.
